Vehicle Manager enables you to create, edit, and remove vehicle assets. The vehicle grid presents all vehicles in the organization with key information about them.
To access Vehicle Manager, select Vehicles > Vehicle Manager.

On the vehicle grid, you can find all the vehicles inside your company, along with key information about those vehicles. The columns you see are configurable to each user and can be changed under User Settings.
Vehicle Health View
Click Switch to Vehicle Health View to verify that vehicles are set up correctly. The toggle switch changes name to Switch to Logbook View to take you back to previous screen.
Vehicles listed with red font indicate issues.
Identify non-reporting units: Look at last reported date vs. last driver login to verify that online or if offline, not in use.
Quickly identify latest activity and driver, proper vehicle setup, etc. Also verify that reading engine hours and odometer.
This view can be exported to Excel but in screen all columns are sortable.
