Monitor fleets in real time; view vehicles, driver, locations, and events

Updated over a week ago

Select Tracking to go to the Tracking screen, where you can monitor your fleet in real time and view vehicles, drivers, locations (geofences), and events on the map.

Tracking Lists

The Tracking screen displays with a vehicle list that you can switch to display drivers, locations, or events. You can filter and sort the lists, and also customize settings.

Note: Vehicles, Drivers, Locations, and Events visibility depends on your user permissions.

For more information about filtering and sorting, see Filter and sort tracking lists. Customizations only apply to the Vehicles and Events lists.

Details Pane

Selecting an item in a list centers it on the map with an indicator icon and a popup summary card. In addition, a details pane for the item displays. The following example shows the details pane for a selected vehicle, 506ZNX.

  • Replay provides a summary of trips and events for the selected vehicle for any given day. See Monitor Vehicle Activity with Replay.

  • Users logged in to 360 who need to reach the vehicle can use the route display.

  • Google Maps opens in a new browser window and provides navigation tools.

Indicator Icons

The map and the vehicle list use the same icons. They are color coded and shaped to help you quickly assess fleet activity.

  • The color indicates the primary fleet color that you set when you created the fleet. See Create a fleet. Blue is the default.

  • The shape indicates the vehicle's status:

    • Arrow: Vehicle is on and moving.

    • Circle: Vehicle is on and not moving.

    • Square: Vehicle is off.
