The Driver Health View enables you to manage available driving time to ensure that drivers are compliant with HOS regulations. The Availability report provides the equivalent information that you can print and schedule.

To access the Driver Health View:
1. Go to Drivers > Driver Manager.
2. On the Driver Manager window, select Switch to Driver Fatigue View.
The Driver Manager grid display changes. You can use the search filters to narrow the list by search terms, driver status, and driver group.
The displayed times under Past, Today, and Forecast are based on each driver’s Drive Base Time (time zone), as specified in their driver profiles (Driver Manager > [select driver] > Edit Driver > General).
Selecting Switch to Logbook View returns you to the default Driver Manager display.
The list displays drivers, the vehicles they are driving, and their current rulesets and duty statuses. In addition:
Past: These columns show you the on-duty time durations.
- Red text indicates that a driver incurred one or more HOS violations.
- Green box indicates that a cycle reset occurred that day; that is, the HOS cycle
dictated by their current ruleset started over.
Today: On-duty time so far for the current day, shown in bold font.
Forecast: Based on the current totals, the number of hours of their HOS ruleset cycle times drivers will have remaining over the next two days.
Gain Time (not shown above): For non-working statuses, such as Off Duty and Personal Conveyance, the time remaining before the driver can go back on duty.
Last Event (not shown): The date/time of the latest ELD event received from the driver’s vehicle and a description of the event.
