You can use the Tracking page to monitor driver fatigue. A quick glance can help you forecast driver availability and potential HOS violations.
1. Go to Tracking > Drivers.
For on-duty drivers (On Duty, Driving, Sleeper Berth), you see the HOS countdown counter soonest to expire.
You can easily scan for drivers who have HOS violations.
You will not see drivers’ HOS counters if:
They are logged off and have no duty status event in the current cycle.
They are missing data; in which case you see “- / -“.
2. Click to expand a driver card and see a summary of the driver's current HOS statuses.
Refresh the screen to update the counters.
Note: Since there are more counters in Canadian rulesets, they display in a vertical list.
Yellow Near indicator:
When drivers are within 30 minutes of violating their burndown limits or have reached the minimum burndown limit but are not actively contributing to the hours. (Shift and Cycle counters continue to burn down while a driver is on duty, even if not driving.)
Red Violation indicator:
When drivers have exceeded their assigned hours and are still actively contributing to them.
