When driving time accidentally appears on the wrong driver’s logs

Updated over a week ago

During team driving, driving time may accidentally appear on the wrong driver’s logs. This occurs when the non-primary driver begins driving before changing their status to primary driver. All driving time accrues only to the primary driver’s logs.

To reassign a Driving event to a co-driver:

The drivers must have been logged in to the same device as co-drivers when the Driving event occurred.

1. Go to Drivers > Driver Hours/ELD, and then double click the log that includes the Driving event you want to reassign.

2. On the Driver Log View/Edit window, select the Driving event.

A panel opens from the right. Notice the Reassign to Co-Driver option. This option only displays when there was a co-driver at the time of a selected event.

3. Select Reassign to Co-Driver.

The co-drivers name should already be visible. If not, select the name from the Co-Driver pulldown.
