An unidentified driving record may have been assigned to and accepted by the wrong driver. You can remove the record from the driver’s log, reassigning it unidentified.
To reassign a previously unidentified record:
1. Go to Drivers > Driver Hours/ELD, and then double click the log that includes the Driving event you want to reassign.
2. On the Driver Log View/Edit window, select the Driving event.
A panel opens from the right. Notice the Reassign to Unidentified Trip option. This option only displays for certified logs when drivers accepted unidentified driving records.
3. Select Reassign to Unidentified Trip.
