You must update vehicle profiles after OEM delivery

After an OEM delivers a new vehicle with CoreHub already installed, you must update the vehicle’s profile.

1. Go to Vehicles > Vehicle Manager and double-click a new vehicle.

2. In the Edit Vehicle window, select Settings, and then in the External Reference field, enter the six-digit vehicle number. (Purposefully left blank while at the OEM.)


3. Select Fleet Management. You can see that OEM Installer is the Primary Fleet (indicated by the blue circle).

4. Under Installed Fleets, select and hold OEM Installer and drag it under Available Fleets.

5. Under Available Fleets select and hold the vehicle’s primary fleet going forward and drag it under Installed Fleets.

6. Select the fleet you just dragged to Installed Fleets as the Primary Fleet.

If the vehicle does not have a region fleet and a market fleet associated with it, drag those fleets over to Installed Fleets, if applicable.

7. Select Save.
