The Add User window displays with the General tab selected. You must complete the required fields, as shown with asterisks.

3. In the Full Name field, enter the user's name.

By default, the Username field auto-populates with the email address. To use a different username, unselect the Use email as Username box.

Generally, this will be Vehicle Tracking, and for drivers, Driver Hours.

10. Select Security.

Select Custom Permissions and then select the applicable permissions from the list. (Note that the existing templates apply to most users.)

13. Select and drag fleet names from the Available Fleets list to the Assigned Fleets list.

If this user needs access to all vehicles in all fleets, select and drag All Vehicles.

14. Select Driver Group Access and select and drag the driver group(s) or All Drivers, similar to Fleet Access.

15. Select Sites and select and drag the site(s).

16. Select Company Access and select and drag the company or companies.

Tip: To add a new user with the same permissions and access as an existing user, you can copy the existing user's profile to use as a template. See Copy a user.
