When a route is in progress, you can remove or change a driver or vehicle (or both). The route status remains in progress. Drivers and vehicles cannot be removed from completed routes.
1. To remove a driver or vehicle, in the selected route’s details panel, select the X next to the driver or vehicle.
A confirmation warning displays. Tap Yes. Now you have unassigned the driver or vehicle.
2. To reassign the driver or vehicle, select the Edit button, and then select the new driver or vehicle.
360 automatically updates vacant assignments when the new driver or vehicle goes online for the route.
