Details about route stops

Selecting a route in the list opens a details panel where you can see route information and all the stops for that route.

1. Route ID

2. Current route status

3. Controls for assigning and unassigning vehicles and drivers. The X option appears after assignment.

4. Stop status:

  • Arrived: Sent automatically when vehicle is stationary inside geofence OR driver manually declares arrival on handheld.

  • Departed: Sent automatically when vehicle leaves geofence OR driver manually declares departure on handheld.

  • Miss: Driver missed this stop as manually declared on handheld, along with a reason. The stop is considered complete. The time that the driver misses displays in the arrive or depart actual time field and causes the planned-v-actual time calculation to be added.

  • Skip: Driver decided to skip this stop and will return to it out of sequence.

  • Pending: No data received yet.

5. The planned-v-actual difference calculated for each stop.

6. Delete the route. Only visible by special permissions.
