Information Cards
The information cards provide at-a-glance metrics to help you monitor and investigate route readiness and arrival accuracy metrics.
Route readiness: Quickly review routes that are ready to go before the start of the day. The card displays the number and percentage of routes that are ready to start and unassigned (incomplete). Click the numbers to drill down to the underlying routes to identify which routes are not ready yet.
Automatic arrivals: View the auto-arrivals performance trend so you can validate that stops are being automatically detected using geofences. For the specified date range, shows you what percentage of arrivals were auto-detected. It also compares the current week against the previous week. Any noticeable drop is easy to spot, prompting further investigation.
The percentage calculations exclude depot stops (stops 0 and 99).
The card updates when a new stop arrival is captured. Stops not completed are not included in the metrics. Refresh the page to view the latest data.
The metric reflects the date range and the site(s) to which you have access. (The trend metric is always previous week versus latest week.)
Manually recorded stops: Identify drivers or routes with high levels of manual recording. This can help you understand where automation is not being used or not working as expected (e.g., device issues, unclear workflows, training gaps). Click a number to drill down to the list of specific stops or routes where manual recording occurred.
View the counts for completed stops entered manual by the driver, and also Skipped and Missed stops. This excludes Depot stops (stops 0 and 99).
The card updates when a new stop arrival is captured. Refresh the page to view the latest data. (The card refreshes every five minutes.)
The metrics reflect the date range and the site(s) to which you have access.
Search and Filtering
You can filter the list of routes as follows:
Date selection: For a selected date range, the route list displays:
Routes that start in the range
Routes that end in the range
Routes whose start and end dates span the range
Search field: Search by route ID, name, vehicle, stop ID, stop name, driver ID or driver name, and origin.
Status dropdown: Filter the list by current route status, which are described below.
Site dropdown: Filter the list by the sites you are permitted to see and that have data recorded.
Stop status dropdown:
Manually arrived: Driver manually entered the arrival in the device.
Missed: Driver selected Miss on the device.
Skipped: Driver selected Skip on the device.
Automatically recorded: Arrival captured by geofence.
Route Status Definitions
Incomplete: Route cannot be monitored in real time. It needs a driver or vehicle assignment.
Ready to start: Route has been assigned to a driver OR vehicle. Removing the assignment returns the route to incomplete.
In progress: Driver is en route. Status triggered by departing the start (origin) location, as indicated by driver on the handheld or in-cab telemetry. Once a route is in progress, it cannot return to ready-to-start status. If additional stops are added to in-progress routes, some statuses may change.
Returning: Driver has completed all delivery stops. On the driver handheld, these may be status Departed or Missed.
Completed: Destination arrival event received, typically arriving at the depot.
Deleted: All stops and assigned drivers and equipment have been removed from the route ID, and the route ID is no longer available for selection.
Column Data for the Listed Routes
From left to right, the route list shows you the following information.
Route ID: Route identification. The route schedule for the date shown is automatically populated based on route templates, which include the route's schedule.
Status: The current status of the route.
Planned start time: The route's scheduled start time.
Progress: The progress bar shows all delivery stops as circles, and the Origin and Destination stops as squares. Hovering over a progress bar displays the status. For example: “Completed 2 of 4 stops”
Driver left Origin, started route. Or, Driver arrived at Destination, completed route.
Driver arrived at stop.
Driver arrived and completed the stop with either a Departed or Missed status.
The stop is incomplete. The driver skipped the stop.
No update on this stop yet.
Planned v. Actual: Difference between the actual and planned arrival or departure for the most recent stop. Negative numbers indicate behind schedule. Positive numbers indicate ahead of schedule. On the route details panel, you see this information on a stop-by-stop basis.
Vehicle: Assigned vehicle
Driver: Assigned driver
Total Stops: Total number of delivery stops excluding the Origin and Destination locations.
Next Stop: Next pending stop in sequence. The next stop updates upon arrival.
Actual start (not shown above): When the route actually started.
Actual end (not shown above): When the route actually ended.
Planned duration (not shown above): How long route should take in normal circumstances.
Origin (not shown above): Route's start depot
