To include service items to service plans, they must appear in the Select Service Item list that you see when you Create a service plan or Edit service plan for a vehicle. After adding an item to this list, you can select it for any service plan. Service management permissions required.
To add service items to the Select Service Item list:
1. Go to Vehicles > Service Manager > General Settings.
2. In the Service Settings window, select Service Items > Add.
3. In the Service Item field, enter a service item that you want to be able to add to service plans.
4. Select Save.
When creating or editing a service plan, you will see the new service item in the Select Service Item list.
