About Insights Dashboards

Interactive and drill-down capabilities with live data

Updated this week

Dashboards aggregate data from multiple sources (such MyEROAD reports and data sets) into one location and use visual representations—graphs, bar charts, and so on—to display the resulting insights.

Dashboards display live data that is dynamically updated whereas the data within reports is not live. At a glance, you can monitor performance and spot trends, data outliers, and correlations. Dashboards are useful for analyzing relevant data in key areas of interest, which then enables data-driven decisioning.

You can drill down from a high-level overview to more detailed views of the data. The 360 insights dashboards include the following features.

Filtering and Downloads

Use the filters located at the top of a dashboard to focus the data to particular fleets, driver groups, routes, and time periods.

All dashboards include a Download button, which exports the current filtered view as a .csv spreadsheet to the Downloads folder on your local computer.

Links

Links provide drill-down details. For example, in the Job Insights dashboard, the link shown below refreshes the view to display details about all the stops on the route.

In ELD Insights dashboards, clicking on a driver-name link opens Driver Manager in a new window.

In some lists, the following icon denotes drill-down. In the example below, the dashboard refreshes with details about vehicle 000001.

Gear Icon

Some tables provide a gear icon, which allows you to customize the columns you see. For example, in the Job Insights dashboard:
